Get help without leaving Navigatr. The new in-app messenger lets you start a conversation with our team, on desktop or mobile.

This month introduces a new way to get help inside Navigatr: an in-app messenger you can open from any page.


Meet the new messenger

You'll find a new launcher in the bottom-left corner of every page. Open it to send us a question and chat with the team without leaving Navigatr or losing your place.

Inside the messenger you'll meet Aiden, our AI support agent. Aiden draws on every article in our help centre to answer questions instantly, day or night. Most "how do I..." or "where do I find..." questions can be resolved in seconds, without waiting for office hours.

If Aiden can't answer or you'd rather speak to a human, you can hand the conversation over to our support team at any time. They'll reply during UK working hours, and we'll email you when a response arrives so you don't need to keep the messenger open.

You can also search and browse our full help centre from inside the messenger, and pick up earlier conversations whenever you come back.
