Your email signature can be enhanced with your Navigatr badge, showcasing your achievements and skills. This guide walks you through adding a badge to your signature in Gmail and Microsoft Outlook.
- Log in to Your Account: Open Navigatr and log in.
- Navigate to Your Profile: Go to your profile and select the badges tab.
- Choose the Badge: Select the badge you'd like to include in your email signature.
- Expand the Badge Image: Click on the badge image to enlarge it, then right-click to see more options.
- Save the Badge Image: Choose ‘Save to Downloads’.
- Copy the Badge URL: Right-click on the badge and select ‘Copy Link’.
For Gmail
- Go to settings and find the email signature section.
- Use the picture icon to upload the badge image and resize it.
- Highlight the image and click on the link icon.
- Paste the URL of your badge and save the signature.
For Microsoft Outlook
- Create a new email and click on the signature option.
- Edit an existing signature or add a new one.
- Select the image icon and choose the badge image.
- Add a hyperlink with the badge URL, then save.
