We've expanded existing features and launched several powerful improvements to help you better manage your Navigatr account. You can now get better insights into your members and enjoy a faster, more responsive experience.


Members Page Now Available for Providers

Following the successful launch of the Members page for community admins, we've now extended this powerful feature to provider admins as well. This gives you a comprehensive view of your members, allowing you to quickly find them, review their engagements, and take actions more effectively.

You can now export member lists, copy email addresses, and get better insights into who's active. Plus, you can now directly issue badges to members from this page, making it even easier to recognise achievements and provide the support your members need. View the full guide here.


Enhanced Performance and User Experience

We've made significant improvements to make Navigatr faster and more responsive. We've improved the scalability of the platform, so whether you have 5 or 5,000 badges, you'll get an amazing experience using Navigatr. The platform now features:

  • Lazy loading for large tables and lists, so pages load faster
  • Infinite scroll for browsing badges, pathways, and activities
  • Better mobile experience with improved responsive design
  • Enhanced caching for quicker access to your content

These improvements mean you'll spend less time waiting and more time creating great content for your community.


SEO Optimisation

Your badges, pathways, and activities will now be more discoverable thanks to our new SEO optimisation. Navigatr automatically generates optimised titles, descriptions, and keywords to help your content appear in search results.

This means more people can find and engage with your content, whether they're searching on Navigatr or through external search engines.


Improved Admin Tools

We've enhanced the admin experience with several new features:

  • Banner alignment control - You can now set the alignment of your pathway and activity banners. If you have a tall image, this helps you showcase the most relevant part of your banner
  • Better error handling with more helpful messages when things go wrong
