Updating or Resetting Your Password

Changing your password helps protect your account.


Changing Your Password

  • Log In to Your Navigatr Account and access Settings.
  • Navigate to Login & Security to change your password.
  • Set a New Password: Your password must meet the following requirements:
    • Between 8 and 64 characters long
    • Include at least one uppercase letter
    • Include at least one lowercase letter
    • Include at least one number
    • Include at least one symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)


Resetting Your Password

  • Forgot Password: Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to reset it if you've forgotten it.
