Managing Your Subscription on Navigatr

If you have an active provider or community subscription on Navigatr, you can manage it via the Subscription option in the admin menu. In the Subscription section, you’ll find multiple tabs to help you monitor and control your plan, billing, and other subscription features.


Usage Tab

In the Usage tab, you can:

  • View your current subscription plan details.
  • Upgrade your plan if needed.
  • Purchase additional admin seats if you need more administrators for your account.
  • Buy the Job Feed add-on to access enhanced job search and engagement features related to your digital badge pathways.

If you’re currently on a free trial, the top banner will show how many days you have remaining in your trial period. Be sure to enter your billing information in the Billing Info tab before your trial ends to avoid interruption of service. Once your trial period ends, you’ll receive an invoice for your first subscription year via email.


Billing Info Tab

The Billing Info tab allows you to add and update your billing details to ensure uninterrupted access to Navigatr. This section is where you will:

  • Enter or update your billing information.
  • Check the cost of your selected plan.
  • Monitor payment status and billing cycles.

To activate your subscription, make sure your billing information is accurate and up-to-date.


Referrals Tab

In the Referrals tab, you can:

  • Generate a unique referral code to share with others.
  • Use your referral code to be eligible for special discounts on your Navigatr subscription.

Additional Options

Within the Subscription section, you can also access the More Options menu (often represented by a three-dots icon). Here, you have the following options:

  • Cancel Trial: If you’re on a trial and decide not to continue, you can cancel it through this menu.
  • Change Currency: Adjust the currency for billing if needed.
  • Contact Us: Reach out to Navigatr support for assistance or inquiries related to your subscription.

If you wish to cancel your subscription altogether, you can also do so via the More Options menu.
