What’s New?
Our November update brings a refreshed, more engaging layout and smarter search functionality to enhance your experience.
Bigger, Bolder Display
We’ve expanded the base content width by 25%, making more content visible at once for an improved browsing experience. Badge image sizes are now doubled, bringing out every detail in your badges for the sharpest, most vibrant display yet. This wider layout enhances readability and showcases your achievements with greater clarity. Enjoy a more immersive and visually engaging experience!
Smart(er) Discover
The search box on the Discover page just got smarter! It now autocorrects spelling mistakes and considers synonyms, making it easier than ever to find the opportunities you’re looking for. Enjoy a smoother, more intuitive search experience!
Changes
- Badge claim emails now include a direct link to the support article How to Claim My Badge, making it easier for users to get started.
- The AI Badge Assistant now tailors its suggestions to match each provider’s specific use case, delivering more relevant recommendations.
- Uploaded images that are no longer associated with any content will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Cancelled and expired subscriptions with no activity are now automatically removed after 30 days.
Fixes
- Resolved an edge case where marking a badge email as spam didn’t update the badge assertion status.
- Fixed an issue where a subscription's trial length was sometimes miscalculated.
- Updated Analytics to reflect the new provider name immediately after a provider is renamed.
- Addressed an issue where badge assertions still displayed the old image after a badge image was updated.
- Fixed a problem where some user profiles and badges were not being added to the sitemap.
