Updating or Resetting Your Password

Change or reset your Navigatr password in a few steps. Find the password requirements and what to do if you can't sign in.

Changing your password

Password changes happen in our secure account console, which is managed by our identity provider. You'll open it from inside Navigatr, but the screen design will look different from the rest of the platform.

  1. Sign in to your Navigatr account, then open Settings.

  2. Click Login & Security.

  3. Input your new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:

    • Between 8 and 64 characters long

    • Include at least one uppercase letter

    • Include at least one lowercase letter

    • Include at least one number

    • Include at least one symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)


Resetting your password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login screen.

  2. Enter your email address and click submit.

  3. Open the email and click Reset Password.

  4. Enter your new password and click submit.
