Deleting Your Navigatr Account

Learn how to permanently delete your Navigatr account. Follow these steps and understand the 14-day grace period before your data is erased.

If you decide that you no longer wish to use Navigatr, you can delete your account. Please be aware that this action is permanent and cannot be undone after the grace period.


Steps to delete your account

  1. Visit navigatr.app and sign in with your email and password.

  2. Click on your profile icon, then select the Settings icon (gear symbol) at the top right of the profile page.

  3. In the settings menu, click on Data & Privacy.

  4. Look for the option 'Delete my account' and click on it.

  5. You may be prompted to enter your password again for security verification.

Confirm your decision

  1. Read the information presented carefully.

  2. If you are sure, click 'Confirm', 'Delete Account', or follow the prompts to finalise the process.

Important note: Deleting your account is irreversible after the grace period.


Changing your mind

After confirming deletion, your account enters a 14-day grace period before it is permanently removed. During this time:

  • Your profile, badges, and pathways are hidden from other users straight away.

  • You can restore your account at any point by signing back in with your email and password. Doing so cancels the deletion automatically, with no extra confirmation step.

  • After 14 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.


Important considerations

  • Data loss: Deleting your account erases all data associated with your profile, including badges, activities, pathways, and personal information.

  • Download your data first: If you wish to keep any records, download your data before deleting your account (see Requesting a Copy of Your Data and Badges).

  • After deletion: Once the 14 days have passed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
