If your community has the library card feature switched on, you can link your Civica Spydus library card to your Navigatr account. Your community admin will tell you whether it is available to you.
A library card is not a way to sign in. You sign in to Navigatr the way you always do, and the linked card acts as your ID in person: an organiser can scan it to check you in to an activity or to issue you a badge, instead of you opening your Navigatr QR code.
Link your library card
Go to navigatr.app and sign in.
Click your profile icon in the navigation menu to open your profile page.
Click the library card banner on your dashboard, or go to Settings → Connected Services.
Select the option to add a library card.
Enter your library card number exactly as it appears on your card. Your card must be registered in the same name as your Navigatr account, or the link will be refused.
Choose your community from the Select your region list, then follow any remaining on-screen instructions to finish linking your card. If you do not have a card yet, the dialog can point you at the registration page for your library.
