What Are Stats?

Modified on Fri, 24 Oct at 4:48 PM

Stats are built-in reporting tools available to all provider and community admins, regardless of their plan. They offer a quick snapshot of how your content and audience are performing, with two levels of reporting: provider/community level, and individual entity level.

These insights help you track progress, identify trends, and communicate success more effectively. You can also email yourself a copy of the current view or filter data by date to focus on a trends during a specific time period.

Provider and Community Level Stats

Provider and community level statistics give you a broad overview of your organisation’s content, engagement, and management. They’re split into four key sections:

  • Published Content
Shows the total number of published badges, activities, pathways, and (for communities) providers.

  • Badges
Includes the number of claimed and unclaimed badges, claim rate, and the total number of unique badge recipients (i.e. learners who’ve received at least one badge from your provider or community).

  • Activities and Pathways
Tracks unique activity attendees, unique pathway participants, total activities attended, and pathways started.

  • Management
Tracks current members, admins, provider admins (for communities) and pending invites.

You can view this data over time by adjusting the date range at the top of the page.

Entity Level Stats

Each badge, activity, and pathway has its own stats page. While the terminology varies slightly, the structure is consistent across all entities.

1. Engagement

This section provides a detailed view of how learners have interacted with the entity:

  • Badges: Unique recipients, claimed, unclaimed, claim rate, revoked, followers.

  • Activities: Unique attendees, attended, awaiting attendance, turnout rate, followers.

  • Pathways: Unique participants, completed, in progress, completion rate, followers.

2. Content

All entities include a ranking based on how well they’re performing on the platform.
For more information, see How to improve ranking.

  • Badges: Also shows how many activities and pathways include the badge.

  • Activities: Displays trending rank only.

  • Pathways: Shows number of steps and total badges included in the pathway.
