Viewing Your Stats

Track badge claims, activity attendance, and pathway progress from the Stats page. Filter by date, view at provider level, and email yourself a copy.

Written by Support Desk

Stats are built-in reporting tools available to admins for all subscribed providers and communities. Anonymous visitors see a small public summary on the community page; admins see the full breakdown including members, claim rate, hard outcomes, and demographic data when authenticated. They offer a quick snapshot of how your content and audience are performing, with two levels of reporting: provider/community level, and individual entity level.

These insights help you track progress, identify trends, and communicate success more effectively. You can also email yourself a copy of the current view, or use the trend dropdown to compare the latest snapshot against earlier point-in-time snapshots.

To email yourself a copy, select Email Stats (the send icon). A confirmation dialog appears asking “Email these statistics? A copy of this report will be sent to your email address.” so you do not send by accident.

Provider and community level stats

Provider-level Stats page showing Published Content, Badges, Activities and Pathways, and Management sections

Provider and community level statistics give you a broad overview of your organisation’s content, engagement, and management. They’re split into four key sections:

  • Published Content
Shows the total number of published badges, activities, pathways, and (for communities) providers.

  • Badges
Includes the number of claimed and unclaimed badges, claim rate, and the total number of unique badge recipients (i.e. learners who’ve received at least one badge from your provider or community).

  • Activities and Pathways
Tracks unique activity attendees, unique pathway participants, total activities attended, and pathways started.

  • Surveys (if enabled)
Tracks how many pathway participants have been invited to, started or completed surveys. This information is also available at the pathway level, for pathways with surveys active. Learn more about surveys

  • Management
Tracks current members, admins, provider admins (for communities) and pending invites.

To compare performance over time, use the trend dropdown in the toolbar at the top of the page. It lets you switch between the latest snapshot and earlier point-in-time snapshots from past periods. For filtering data by a specific date range, use the Analytics Dashboard instead.

Weekly summary email

When weekly summary emails are turned on for your provider, eligible admins receive a weekly digest email titled “Your Weekly Summary for {your organisation} on Navigatr.” To receive it, you need to have opted in to system emails, have edit access to the provider or community, and have signed in within the last 180 days. It highlights your recent stats and the seven-day trend deltas, so you can spot momentum at a glance without opening the Stats page. If surveys are enabled, survey stats are included too.

Each digest opens with a Win of the Week (a positive highlight from the past seven days) and a Suggested Next Action (a recommended admin action based on the data, for example, “3 badges have no issuances yet, consider sharing them on social”).

You can opt out at any time. The Settings button on the Stats page jumps directly to the Email Preferences toggle for your provider or community.

Entity level stats

Entity-level Stats page showing Engagement and Content sections

Each badge, activity, and pathway has its own stats page. While the terminology varies slightly, the structure is consistent across all entities.

Engagement

This section provides a detailed view of how learners have interacted with the entity:

  • Badges: Unique recipients, claimed, unclaimed, claim rate, revoked, followers.

  • Activities: Unique attendees, attended, awaiting attendance, turnout rate, followers.

  • Pathways: Unique participants, completed, in progress, completion rate, followers.

Content

All entities include a ranking based on how well they’re performing on the platform.
For more information, see How to improve ranking.

  • Badges: Also shows how many activities and pathways include the badge.

  • Activities: Displays trending rank only.

  • Pathways: Shows number of steps and total badges included in the pathway.

For deeper insights and advanced reporting options, explore the Analytics Dashboard: a premium feature that transforms your Navigatr data into detailed visual reports, helping you track engagement, performance, and trends across your organisation.
