What’s New?

Lightcast Enabled Jobs Feed

We’ve enhanced our Lightcast enabled Jobs Feed to deliver more relevant and up-to-date results. Updates include:

Aligned Industry Tags: Listings are now prioritised based on industries, improving relevancy.
New Rules: Job postings from the last 18 days are prioritised for display.
New Filters: Filter jobs by title, company name, or salary range.

✨ New Industries

A list of Lightcast industries is now available for use when creating pathways, helping individuals discover content aligned with their interests and goals.

Briefcase Job Feed Filters

Admins can now apply filters to display job feed results tailored to their content:

Company Name
Salary Range

✉️ Support for Multiple Emails

Users can now add multiple email addresses to their accounts, making it possible to:

Receive badges at secondary email addresses (e.g., academic or personal).
Display badges from multiple Credly accounts (verification required).

Manage your emails in Settings.

✅ Badge Assertions

Individuals can now accept any pending badge assertions directly through their profile.

Admins can also:

Delete revoked or pending badge assertions from the Badge Recipients page.
Revoke and delete assertions for Credly badges.

Changes

Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for users in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough XP Community:
- User names and email addresses are no longer shared with Credly unless users connect their Credly account.
- Users will need to accept the updated terms on their next login.
Sidebar presentation for activities, badges, and pathways is now more consistent.
For pathways with multiple collaborating providers, a dropdown in the top-left corner allows you to choose which provider’s badges to view.
Feedback indicators now appear when querying for autocomplete suggestions.
Salary input placeholder text clarifies required format (e.g., `22000`). Other inputs like `22k` or `£22,000` are invalid.

Fixes

Significant speed improvements when creating or editing content.
Fixed a 500 error when viewing badges created via API.
Resolved issues where inviting admin users could fail.
Fixed errors that could occur after logging in for the first time.
Addressed a "service unavailable" error when selecting badges for a pathway.
Fixed badge issuing for names/emails with special characters.
Resolved case sensitivity issues in badge issuing.
General maintenance and updates to improve code reliability and security.
Introduced a prettier maintenance page for planned downtime (though we hope you won’t encounter it).
