New: Badge Bulk Issuing

Introducing our new bulk badge issuing feature! Effortlessly award up to 5,000 badges using our convenient CSV file uploader.

  • CSV File Integrity Check: Our system validates your CSV before uploading to minimise errors.

Providers Get Social!

Your public provider profile just got a social boost! Visitors can now connect with you via links to your LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram.

To add your social links, go to Provider Settings.


Instant Data Download

Need your data instantly? Head to the "My Data" tab in Settings to download a zipped archive of your badges and personal data. This replaces the previous manual process.



What’s inside the zipped folder?

  • Badges exported in an OpenBadge compatible format, ready for upload to other platforms or for safekeeping.

See Your Attendees' Email Addresses

You can now view attendees' email addresses and activity registration dates directly from your activities.



Quick Data Export

Easily follow up with attendees, badge earners, or pathway participants:

  • Use handy buttons to copy all emails in view or export them as a CSV.


  • Copy individual email addresses with one click.

Changes Worth Noting ✨

  • Edit Published Pathways: Pathways can now be edited, bringing consistency with activities and badges. Read more in our help article.
  • Minor admin interface changes for improved clarity.
  • For activities:
    • "Cancel" is now accurately labelled.
    • For ongoing activities, the Summary card now says "Check In," offering the option to open the QR scanner or attendee list.
  • Community name now appears in the spaces switcher for admins managing providers across different communities.
  • Enhanced attendee communications:
    • Emails for date/time changes.
    • Reminder emails 1 day and 1 hour before activities start.
    • Online activity emails now include the join URL.

Fixes

  • Enhanced performance when loading tables in admin view.
  • Improved validation for URL fields.
  • Streamlined detection of badges issued to incorrect email addresses.
  • Fixed issues where:
    • Individuals with an existing account didn't receive "You got a badge!" emails.
    • Menus disappeared when managing multiple email addresses.
    • The "+" button didn’t work for admins in mobile view.
  • Improved prompt email delivery.
