We’ve launched two new features to help you automate badge issuing and better manage your community. You can now connect Navigatr to your existing tools to trigger badges automatically—and if you're a community admin, you’ll have a clearer view of who’s in your community and how they’re set up.


Community Members Overview (for Community Admins)

If you’re a community admin, you now have access to a dedicated “Members” page. This page allows admins to quickly find members, review their engagements, and jump to their profiles for further insights.


This is a great way to keep track of community members and their progress, ensuring you can provide the best support and recognition. Additionally, you can apply filters to refine the search and gain insights into members' engagements. View the full guide here.


Automatically Issue Badges With Quizzes

You can now connect Navigatr with tools like quizzes, forms, or learning systems—so badges are issued automatically when someone completes a task. For example, if someone finishes a course or submits a form, their badge can be issued instantly with no manual steps.


This uses a connection known as a “webhook”, but you don’t need to be technical to use it. If you use platforms like Riddle, Typeform, or Zoho Forms, it’s easy to set up in a few steps.

These updates are designed to help you:

  • Save time with automated badge issuing
  • Gain visibility into your community’s structure and membership
  • Work more efficiently by linking Navigatr to tools like Riddle, Typeform, and Zoho Forms

Other Improvements

We’ve also made a number of small improvements based on user feedback. One example is the addition of contextual help links to key pages. These tips appear right where you need them, offering step-by-step support just when you needed.


More small tweaks and enhancements will continue to roll out regularly—thank you for all your feedback so far.
