After a badge is issued the recipient receives an email from Navigatr to let them know they have been issued a new badge. You can track the status of each badge in the Recipients tab. Each status tells you where the badge is in the process and what actions (if any) are needed.
Status Types:
- Pending (Waiting to sign up):
The email was sent, but the recipient hasn’t signed up to claim it. Ask them to click the Claim button in their email and create an account. - Claimed:
The recipient has successfully claimed the badge. This badge is now visible on their profile.. - Revoked:
The badge has been revoked, either due to an error in issuing or if it was issued incorrectly. - Failed (Email may not have been delivered):
The email could not be sent. Please check that the recipient's email address is correct. If necessary, update the email and reissue the badge. - Complained (Recipient marked email as spam):
The recipient marked the badge claim email as spam. It’s recommended to inform recipients in advance that they will receive an email from Navigatr and to check their inbox or spam folder.
