Managing Your Activity Attendees

Manage attendees on a Navigatr activity. View who joined, mark attendance, issue badges, and review engagement from the Attendees and Statistics tabs.

Use the Activities page to manage and monitor the people attending your activities. You can view who has registered, mark attendance, issue badges, and remove attendees if needed.

This article explains how to use the Attendees and Statistics tabs to manage attendees effectively.


Accessing activity attendees

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Activities.

  2. Select the activity you want to manage.

  3. Open the Attendees tab to see a list of everyone registered.

  4. Open the Statistics tab for an overview of turnout and engagement.

Tracking individual attendees

Each attendee is listed in the Attendees tab with key details, making it easy to monitor engagement:

  • Their name, which links to their profile.

  • Their email address.

  • Status (Will Attend or Attended).

  • Register date for the activity.

  • Attend method (how their attendance was recorded).

  • Issue Badge button: appears next to attendees with Will Attend status. Click it to mark them Attended and issue the activity's badge in one step.

  • Button to remove the attendee from the activity. Removing an attendee deletes the activity registration only. If they already received the activity's badge, you'll need to revoke it separately from the badge's Recipients tab.

  • Option to export the attendee list as a CSV.

  • Option to copy attendee emails.


Marking attendance at the venue

For in-person events, the fastest way to mark attendance is from the activity's Check-in page (Activities, then the activity, then Check-in). You can scan an attendee's QR Code or library card barcode to move them from Will Attend to Attended without needing to find them in the table.


Using the Statistics tab

The Statistics tab gives you an at-a-glance summary of the activity:

  • Attended: users who showed up.

  • Awaiting Attendance: registered but not yet checked in.

  • Turnout: Attended divided by Awaiting Attendance plus Attended, as a percentage.

  • Followers: users following the activity for updates.

Use this tab to spot engagement trends, identify low-turnout sessions, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of your activity.
