Verifying Your Organisation

Learn how to verify your provider on Navigatr: what to submit, what happens during review, and how to update your details once verified.

Written by Support Desk

Before you can publish badges, you'll need to verify your provider. Verification lets learners know your organisation is who it says it is, building trust in the badges you issue.

How to verify your organisation

  1. From your admin dashboard, go to Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Verification section.

  3. Click Submit for Verification.

Fill in your details:

  • Organisation name (required)

  • Organisation email address (required)

  • Phone number (required)

  • Company number (optional: UK organisations can find this on Companies House)

  • More information link (optional: a link to a page describing your organisation or badging programme)

Submit the form when you are ready.

What happens next

The Navigatr team will review your details. This usually takes around one business day. We may get in touch if we need more information.

We'll notify you via email when your verification request has been approved. The green verification check appears on your public page straight away.

Updating your details

You can change your verification settings at any time. Go to the Verification section in your organisation settings to see your verification details. Click Request Changes to reopen the form with your saved.

Changing your organisation name or more information link sends your details back for review and may temporarily remove your verified status. During this time, providers will not be able to publish badges. Smaller changes to your contact details do not require a fresh review.

Tip: Stuck or waiting longer than expected? Email [email protected] and we will check on your request.
