What is not included

Navigatr does not currently offer outbound event webhooks, so you cannot subscribe directly to events like a badge being issued or a pathway being completed and call your own systems. Most teams achieve a similar result with Zapier polling on the public API. If you need notifications, get in touch and we will help you find the right approach.
